The procedure for selecting research works is carried out in compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation regarding copyright and plagiarism, as well as the publication ethics principles adopted by the international community and reflected in the Code of Ethics for Scientific Publications, developed in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and in the Declaration of the Association of Scientific Editors and Publishers (ANRI).<\/p>\n
All articles submitted to the editorial board of the academic journal that correspond to its scope are subject to mandatory double-blind peer review. All manuscripts are reviewed by PhDs (either Doctors of Science or Candidates of Science) who have agreed to be members of the Editorial Board and to peer review submitted manuscripts. The members of the Editorial Board represent different countries and cities and are affiliated to different higher education institutions and research organizations. Independent reviewers do not have to be members of the Editorial Board.<\/p>\n
Articles submitted to the editorial office will be reviewed for compliance with the journal\u2019s scope, formatting requirements, and academic ethics guidelines. The editor-in-chief or another designated representative is required to verify the text using the system adopted by Ryazan State University named for S. Yesenin and entered in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computing and Databases of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, in order to prevent unauthorized plagiarism in publications.<\/p>\n
Articles that do not meet the technical requirements for article formatting, or that contain less than 80% original text and include unmarked or unjustifiably used artificial intelligence product, will be returned to the authors with an explanation of the reason for rejection within 10 days of receipt of the article.<\/p>\n
Presence of unauthorized borrowings, attempts to bypass the plagiarism detection system, or unmarked and unjustifiably used artificial intelligence will lead to a rejection of the publication.<\/p>\n
After the checking, the manuscripts are sent to a member of the Editorial Board or an invited expert. The reviewer is obliged to peer review the manuscript within 60 days.<\/p>\n
The Editorial Board can perform scientific or literary editing of the submitted manuscripts, reduce them if necessary (having previously discussed this with the author) or, if the article is devoted to an important issue, it may be sent to the author for improvement. If the article is believed to require improvement or if it does not comply with the requirements of the journal, the author is notified that it is necessary to improve it or that it is rejected.<\/p>\n
An article will be accepted for publication after the fundamental comments raised by the reviewer have been addressed. If the reviewers\u2019 assessment of the article\u2019s quality is positive \u2014which serves as the basis for publication \u2014 the article will be submitted to the next issue of the journal in the order in which it was received. The editorial board reserves the right to make editorial, stylistic (without altering the meaning), grammatical, punctuation, and spelling corrections to the original text.<\/p>\n
After the article has undergone the peer review and editing processes, the author is notified of the article\u2019s acceptance for publication, including the issue number and publication dates. The journal\u2019s editorial board has the exclusive right to select and\/or reject materials submitted to the editorial office for publication. The editorial office of the scientific journal does not correspond with the author(s) regarding the editorial board\u2019s rejection of an article and does not send out reviews.<\/p>\n
The original reviews will be kept for five years. Copies of the reviews are to be sent to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation upon receipt of a corresponding request.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
