Abstract<\/strong>This article addresses the specifics of the linguistic representation of Bashkortostan in national Russian media. The novelty of this research approach lies in its comprehensiveness, as it employs the contextual, conceptual, imagological, and linguacultural methods. The research relevance stems from both the growing interest in contemporary interdisciplinary research in the fields of lingua-imology and linguacultural studies and the insufficient exploration of the linguistic image of Bashkortostan as a region bearing an alienculture. The aim of this study is to identify and describe the specific features of Bashkortostan\u2019s image in the Russian linguistic worldview using materials from national media. The subject of this study is the most representative contexts with the keyword \u201cBashkortostan\u201d and collocates that are most frequently used in the media according to data from the National Corpus of the Russian Language and are included in the core and periphery of the concept of \u201cBashkortostan.\u201d The research identifies the elements and traits of Bashkortostan\u2019s image in the national Russian worldview. Our analysis of 70 contexts demonstrates both the promotion of a positive image of Bashkortostan in the media and the objective perceptions that underlie the image of the Republic, currently an important economic and industrial center of Russia and a region that is increasingly attractive for tourism. The research findings contribute to our understanding of the mechanisms underlying the formation of regional images in national media. The results of the study can be applied in future linguo-imagological and linguo-cultural studies of other regions of Russia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
