The Bulletin of the Ryazan State University named for S. Yesenin (Bulletin of RSU named for S. Yesenin) is an academic journal aimed at quality research on important problems of development of various scientific spheres of humanitarian and natural science knowledge.

The journal has been published since 1993.

The founder: Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Ryazan State University named for S. Yesenin” (OGRN: 1026201268301; 46 Svobody St., Ryazan, 390000, Russian Federation; rsu@rsu-rzn.ru; https://rsu-rzn.ru).

The journal was registered at the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) on October 5, 2018. Registration number: PI No. FS77-73858.

International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) 2413-2217.

Subscription index No. 55168 in the “Press of Russia” unified catalog. You can subscribe to the magazine at any post office.

The journal’s focus is scientific and educational, involving the publication of research findings on a wide range of interdisciplinary issues. The journal’s scope includes:

– study of Russian History and World History: from identification and analysis of sources to their critical evaluation and interpretation in the context of current research practices, and the development of scientifically grounded concepts based on modern research methods in the fields of historical science and historiography;

– philological studies of Russian literature and the national literatures of Russia, the literatures of other nations, as well as the Russian language and the languages of the peoples of Russia from theoretical, historical, and comparative-typological perspectives;

– issues in fundamental and applied research in the fields of geomorphology and paleogeography, including the study of landforms and geomorphological processes, as well as the evolution and revival of natural environment.

Currently, the journal is published by Ryazan State University named for S. Yesenin, the oldest and leading institution of higher professional education in the Ryazan Region, and adequately reflects its scientific potential and the academic schools established at the university, actively developing traditions in training highly qualified scientific and pedagogical specialists in the natural sciences and the humanities. At the same time, The Bulletin of the Ryazan State University named for S. Yesenin has gained wide recognition at the interregional and national levels, regularly engaging in fruitful collaboration with researchers from various fields of knowledge in other parts of Russia and abroad, and over time significantly expanding the scope of its scientific cooperation and the circle of its contributing authors.

The journal is addressed to researchers and faculty members at institutions of higher and secondary education, doctoral candidates, graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers, as well as everyone interested in contemporary research in the humanities and natural sciences.

Types of publications accepted: The journal accepts research articles and research reviews, as well as reviews and critiques of monographs, textbooks, and teaching aids, and reports on academic events.

Articles by Russian and foreign authors are published either in Russian or in English as the language of intercultural communication. It is possible to submit an article in German or French, by way of exception.

Articles published by the Bulletin of Ryazan State University named for S. Yesenin academic journal can be reprinted in any form, including electronic, only with prior permission from the journal editors. The source should be cited in full.

No publication fee is required.

The publisher limits the number of printed copies, distributing only the required number of review copies and subscription copies. The authors may receive, free of charge, an electronic version of the journal prepared for submission to the National Electronic Library (RINTs). Those wishing to purchase a printed copy may subscribe in advance for the relevant quarter of the year.
