Abstract. The article describes the features of the relief structure and lithogenic base within the lowered Oka-Tsna Plateau, manifestations and development trends of modern exogenous relief-forming processes within its boundaries, namely: accumulative processes in the bottoms of river valleys and ravines, flat and shallow stream erosion on plowed gently sloping interriver areas, ravine erosion, suffosion and subsidence phenomena on flat interriver watershed areas, landslide processes on river valley slopes, karst, and anthropogenic morpholithogenesis. The study demonstrates the specificity of such manifestations of the corresponding processes within individual geomorphological areas distinguished in this territory.
